1970 Established Japan Special Plastics Co., Ltd. (Paid capital: 10 million yen)
Started manufacturing and sales of highly corrosion-resistant tanks, underground buried tanks, and large structures.
1974 Opened South Factory and Office building in Imai, Matsumoto-City
1975 Begined mass production of prefabricated refrigerators made of FRP
1976 Obtained a permit for thermal insulation and waterproofing work
1977 Begined Mass production of Small pressure cylinders made of FRP
1979 Increased capital to 15 million yen

Ibaraki Industry started business in Nishi-ku, Osaka-City
1981 Moved to Kita-ku, Osaka-City,reorganized as Ibaraki Industry Co., Ltd.

1983 Opened North Factory for assembly of extra-large tanks in Imai, Matsumoto-City
1986 Changed company name to Nittoku Plastic Co., Ltd.

1989 Opened Central Factory for FRP large-plate moulding in Imai, Matsumoto-City
1992 Nittoku Plastic Co., Ltd. and Pacific Facilities Co., Ltd. merge and change corporate name to PNC Co., Ltd.

2000 Relocated the head office and factory in Torikaihonmachi, Settsu City
2002 Establishing aerospace-related and other composite material molding factories in Imai, Matsumoto-City

2018 PNC Co., Ltd. and Ibaraki Industry Co., Ltd. merge and change corporate name to TIP composite Co., Ltd. , paid capital increased to 75 million yen
2023 Became GH Craft Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary.
